ID10T Festival Announces Panel Schedule

by Transmute Jun

When Chris Hardwick first announced that he was starting his own fan festival/conival, most people didn’t know what to expect. Early news centered around musical acts, yet as the event approaches, more information is being released, and now the entire panel schedule (the ‘conival’ part) has been released.

ID10T will take place at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA on June 24 and 25. While the music lineup, featuring Weezer and Girl Talk, among many others, is impressive, the panel lineup is also intriguing. Highlights include panels on Con Man, Mystery Science Theatre 3000, Futurama, Animaniacs, and The Magicians. There will also be a dedicated ‘Comedy Tent’ with acts appearing all day, as well as live Nerdist podcasts. Another tent houses ‘Artist Alley’ and features panels on drawing and breaking into comics. Lionsgate is sponsoring a Power Rangers-themed laser tag course, while Toyota will be setting up a number of fan experiences (including a Cinderella-themed photo booth and an interactive beatbox). ID10T is definitely more than it first appeared, and attendees will certainly have a lot of different things to see!

Tickets are still available to ID10T. The full panel schedule is shown below, along with a map of the festival.
